Hoping from tomorrow will start taking pictures of my food. Now, I am into no grain, just vegetables, lentils and beans. .7 pound weight loss in 4 days. Tonight I added 1 sporuted grain wrap. This is to increase fibre content as I have not been having good bowel movement for the past 3 days.
Also, vegetables were overcooked. Today, steamed them for less time on the stove top so that they would not become mashed.
Did not exercise at all on Saturday and Sunday as the weekend schedule was hectic.
