8:30. Dinner: South Indian Rasam and Tindora roast
12:30pm Lunch: Mung bean sprouts,carrots and lemon juice. Frozen mango and soymilk ice cream.
Snack: carrots
Afternoon snack: 1 apple, 1 pear, some grapes and 1 banana
Late morning breakfast: oats and coffee with sugar
Orange and carrot juice. Home made in a juicer
Ezekiel raisin bread with coffee and sugar
Blueberries, strawberry and cherry dessert.
