 After 3 days of sickness and wavering from my diet of no grain food, During the illness I could not cook. So I took grains. Now,  I am continuing on my Journey of no grains and only vegetables.

Today, breakfast was sprouted grain raisin bread with 2 cups of coffee with sugar.

Lunch was Vegetable chick pea soup, chick pea masala with 1 sprouted grain tortilla.

Snack was 1 carrot, 1 apple, 1 green tea.

Evening coffee with sugar again.

Dinner was cauliflower rice, Lemon rasam, cabbage and peas curry.
