Ok, Day 1. Had 2 cheats today. 2 cups of coffee with sugar. Other than that, kept the diet. Walked 10,000 steps. No yoga. No breathing.

List of what I ate today.

Mid afternoon snack : Watermelon + cucumber + mint+ lemon juice. Out of the world summer salad in winter.


Lunch : 1/2 cup brown rice, Lentil & squash sambar, steamed cauliflower


Snack: Carrot


Snack : Banana


Late morning Breakfast: Mung bean crepes and Bok Choy Korma with coffee

    
                        Early morning breakfast: 4 sugar free, dairy free oatmeal banana raisin cookies.

    
                                    Dinner:  Ezekiel bread and Chick pea masala


All this with lots of green tea. I eat a lot. Since there is no dairy or oil, you need to eat more to fill the stomach. They are all light calories.
