5pm: afternoon snack 


12:30pm Lunch: steamed Zuchhini, yellow squash, beans, chayote squash and Mung beans with brown rice 


10:30am Red puffed rice (Red poha) cooked with onions, tomatoes, peas, potatoes, green chillies, ginger. Coffee with 1 tea spoon sugar



7:30am: Breakfast Sugar and dairy free otameal banana rasin cookies and coffee with 1 spoon sugar 

 8:30pm: Dinner. 1 plate of left overs from today and yesterday, Forgot to take a picture.

Exercise: 10,000 steps with some jogging.
