Mung bean crepe
Ingredients
- 1 cup whole green mung beans
- 1/4 cup brown rice
- 1 onion
- 1 green chilli
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
Recipe
- Soak the mung beans and rice in water overnight
- Cut onions and sauté them in water
- Rinse the soaked mung beans and rice
- Mix all the ingredients in a blender and blend coarsely
- Place a non stick pan on stove and heat
- Ladle the mixture into the pan and smooth into a circle
- After cooked on one side, turn to the other and cook
