Mung bean crepe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole green mung beans
  • 1/4 cup brown rice
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste
Recipe
  1. Soak the mung beans and rice in water overnight
  2. Cut onions and sauté them in water
  3. Rinse the soaked mung beans and rice
  4. Mix all the ingredients in a blender and blend coarsely 
  5. Place a non stick pan on stove and heat
  6. Ladle the mixture into the pan and smooth into a circle
  7. After cooked on one side, turn to the other and cook
