Wow! When going gets tough blogging gets sidelined. I have been following the diet but unable to blog because of how busy it got the past 3 days. I met with my Feel Fabulous over forty buddies on Saturday and made some intentions. One was to eat Vegetables for breakfast. I was able to keep it only for one day. But moving forward, I will be having broccoli and a beans with coffee for breakfast. Wired combination. But that is the only way I can make it work. Here are some food I had the past 3 days
