Indian Kidney Beans curry with tortilla

Ingredients 1 large yellow or red onion (no sweet onion) 3 tomatoes 4 garlic cloves 1 inch ginger 2 green chilies 1 can or 1 1/2 cup cooked kidney beans 1 teaspoon paprika powder 1 teaspoon cumin powder 1 tablespoon lemon juice Recipe Cut 1 onion & 3 tomatoes. Mince garlic, chilies and ginger. Sautee ginger, chilies, garlic in a dry pan for 1 minute. Sautee onion with water for 10 minutes until cooked. Add tomatoes and cook until the onion and tomatoes mix well. This should take about 10 minutes. Add water if needed. Add cooked Kidney beans, paprika powder and cumin powder. Pour more water if needed and cook them well for 10 minutes until they all harmonize together. I say a dish is harmonized when the boundaries for an ingredient are not well defined. They should blend together with each other. Switch off the flame and add the lemon juice. Garnish with cilantro if needed. Hoping from tomorrow will start taking pictures of my food. Now, I am into no grain, just vegetables, lentils and beans. .7 pound weight loss in 4 days. Tonight I added 1 sporuted grain wrap. This is to increase fibre content as I have not been having good bowel movement for the past 3 days. Also, vegetables were overcooked. Today, steamed them for less time on the stove top so that they would not become mashed. Did not exercise at all on Saturday and Sunday as the weekend schedule was hectic.

What happened the last 3 days?

Wow! When going gets tough blogging gets sidelined. I have been following the diet but unable to blog because of how busy it got the past 3 days. I met with my Feel Fabulous over forty buddies on Saturday and made some intentions. One was to eat Vegetables for breakfast. I was able to keep it only for one day. But moving forward, I will be having broccoli and a beans with coffee for breakfast. Wired combination. But that is the only way I can make it work. Here are some food I had the past 3 days
